It'll not simply be a request; it'll include domestic area, fiscal area, processing area, marketable area and manufacturing area. All of these areas will be handed with all the ultramodern installations including clean drinking water. 872 square kilometers of area has been chosen for the design. It's considered the most ideal place for the Dholera SIR design due to its propinquity to Ahmedabad. In fact, a offer has also been made to connect this place to Ahmedabad by metro rail. From this place, access to anchorages and airfields is also easy.

Till now, the design has completed some part of it. Pre-feasibility study and study of the entire position have been done. Work on central road has been started. The top planning adviser has been called from UK to plan exertion and other workshop related to assessment of the environmental factors.

It's hoped that this design will give immense employment openings to all kind of people from construction to running the business.

In a recent meeting of the expert appraisal commission (EAC) of the MoEF it was decided by the commission to recommend the proposed DSIR for environmental concurrence. The commission also laid down 69 strict conditions for the Chhabildas Developers Pvt. Ltd. to follow while enforcing the design.

As India urbanises, it'll face severe challenges. But there are huge openings for sustainable growth which can have a dramatic impact on the quality of life of the anticipated 700 million civic citizens."
